Registration Details
Please select your registration based on:
- whether you are a current ASBHM member (professional or student),
- whether you are attending from a country eligible for a reduced rate.
*All presenters at ASBHM2026 must present live and in-person in Auckland. In-person registration rates include catering for the duration of the conference hours (e.g., morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, opening/closing events), and access to free barista coffee/tea/water. It does not include a ticket to the conference dinner or meals outside of conference hours.
*ASBHM membership and ASBHM conference registration are separate costs. Purchasing a non-member conference registration does not mean you are now a member of the society.

Note: if you are purchasing at the member’s registration rate, please make sure you are logged into the ASBHM site and have a current membership before selecting your registration option.

^Reduced registration costs are dedicated to individuals coming from institutions in the below eligible countries:
Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cocos Islands, Fiji, Haiti, Indonesia, Kiribati, Laos, Marshall Islands, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Nauru, Malaysia, Micronesia (Federated States), Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Vietnam.
The above rates are not available for students or professionals that are born in these countries and are now residing in Australia or New Zealand. Delegates must be travelling from these countries to New Zealand.
Refund Policy:
Registration cancellations received by January 12, 2026 (11:59PM AEST) will be accepted and all funds refunded via original payment method.
Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration is permitted up to 1 week before the conference.
Request to transfer your registration should be received by February 4, 2026 (11:59PM AEST).
All requests for cancellations or registrations transfers are to be provided in writing to the ASBHM Secretary (admin@asbhm.com).
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.
